Recycle Center Information

The Eclectic Recycling Center is operated by the volunteers of the Eclectic Volunteer Fire Department. Proceeds from the recycle center go to the Fire Department to help pay for equipment and fire fighting gear. The Fire Department appreciates the continued support from the community. For our health and safety empty and rinse all containers.

We accept mixed paper, cardboard, #1 and #2 plastic and aluminum cans. See detailed lists below to assit you with items that may be recycled at our center.

ALUMINUM CANS Beverage cans	Cans do not have to be crushed but if you do, it will help to save space in our recycle center.

Any hazardous materials will not be accepted at the Recycling Center. For example, oil based paints, pool chemicals, anti-freeze, pesticides, asbestos, driveway sealant, etc.
